Platform update
We're making job applications free and updating other parts of the platform. While we work on these changes, new job posting and hiring are paused until October 2026.
You do not post jobs on the platform. Serbian employers and agencies publish openings; you refer candidates with your agency link—and track them in your partner dashboard.
After onboarding you receive login credentials and a partner dashboard, plus your agency referral link to share with candidates.
Contact us. After agreement, we create your partner record, referral code, and login account. You receive credentials by email.
We share a link such as /register?ref=your-code. Send it to candidates—applications they submit on the platform can be attributed to your agency.
They create an account, verify email, complete their profile, and apply to jobs on the platform.
When a referred candidate applies, the application is recorded as sourced by your agency while your partner account is active.

Referral applies when the candidate registers through your agency link. You can copy the link anytime from your partner dashboard.
They register like any other worker: profile, documents, application status, and next steps on the platform. They do not need to understand B2B terms between you and us.
Work In Serbia is a digital marketplace. We are not an employment agency. Visa outcomes are decided by authorities; the Serbian employer makes hiring decisions.
Partnership is set up by our team—there is no self-service registration. Once onboarded, you receive login credentials and access to your partner dashboard.
Two separate commercial layers: what Work In Serbia charges on the platform, and what you—as an international partner—agree with candidates you refer.
Workers pay a Documentation Stage Activation fee for document preparation and translation coordination after employer selection. Optional on-arrival relocation packages apply to direct employer hires. International referral partners are not charged marketplace fees for sending candidates.
